Job Summary:

Datalancer.in is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead platform development, operations, and business growth. This role requires technical expertise, market research, and strategic execution to scale the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform      Development & Technical Ownership – Define architecture, manage      vendors, oversee UI/UX, and ensure scalability.
• Market      Research & Competitive Analysis – Identify trends, benchmark      competitors, and refine platform strategy.
• User      Onboarding & Growth – Develop freelancer and client acquisition      strategies, verification processes, and engagement programs.
• Digital      Marketing & Sales – Drive SEO, PPC, referral programs, and strategic      partnerships for business expansion.
• Monetization      & Business Development – Define revenue models, onboard enterprise      clients, and optimize pricing strategies.
• Data-Driven      Optimization – Track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and refine platform      features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+      years in product management, platform development, or business growth.
• Strong      technical expertise in web & mobile platforms, APIs, and UI/UX.
• Proven      experience in market research, digital marketing, and B2B sales.
• Entrepreneurial      mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
